Google added To-Do List Feature To GMail
Google has announced a new tool called Tasks that will help GMail users to create and manage their To-Do List. The best thing about it is it’s visible right inside GMail irrespective of what you are doing (writing e-mail or reading your mails or even in settings page) and you don’t have to click on something to get to Tasks.
You don’t have to hit any button to add to tasks, just click on an empty part of the To-Do list and start entering your list into it.

To enable Tasks, go to Settings>Labs. Select “Enable” next to “Tasks” then click “Save Changes“. Then, refresh GMail, on the left, under the “Contacts” link, you’ll see a “Tasks” link. Just click it to get started.
There is now a new option in the More Action dropdown list Add To tasks, so now on you can also add your email as Tasks.
But this feature is still in testing phase accocding to a google Tasks team and there is no time frame of officially anouncing it.
