LG Unveils World’s First 4G LTE Handset Modem Chip

Here comes the 4G.LG has independently developed world’s first handset modem chip based on  Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology standards.According to LG this  modem chip will support wireless download speeds of 100Mbps and uploads of 50Mbps.Yesterday LG demonstrated the chip at its Mobile Communication Technology Research Lab in Anyang, Korea, almost getting download speeds of 60 Mbps and upload speeds of 20 Mbps in contrasting to the present maximum speed of 7.6 Mbps.

Firefox 3.1 Beta 1 review

Suddenly the web browsers are coming like cats and dogs.And each one coming with a new feature with every new release.After oepra releasing it’s new version, Firefox came out with its latest beta release.This new version is still at beta stage but its a stable release ,so you can download and take a peak into things to come.

Firefox 3.1 Beta 1 is based on the Gecko 1.9.1  layout engine originally developed by Netscape Communications Corporation but  currently in developement by Mozilla.

Gecko actually is an API which enables web applications to handle Internet-enabled applications, such as web browsers, content presentation, and client/server.Gecko is the second most-popular layout engine after Trident (used by Internet Explorer ), and followed by WebKit (used by Safari & Google Chrome) and Presto (used by Opera).
